Having emerged from the near-total destruction of its facilities by Hurricane Katrina, Louisiana Red Hot partners with one of the industry’s most innovative distribution specialists, providing musicians with national exposure for their artistry, reaching a global audience.
Founded by Harris Rea, and continued on by his widow Carmen Sunda, herself an award-winning songwriter, business leader and entrepreneur, LRHR continues to represent the best of the past and future of Louisiana's rich musical heritage. Producer David Villalta serves as the label's General Manager, curating releases including Dwayne Dopsie, Roland Guerin, Father Ron and Friends, Corey Henry and more. Karen Dalton-Beninato is Marketing Director, promoting world class music from critically acclaimed artists including Roland Guerin, Corey Henry, and Father Ron and Friends.
